Description
On the first sunny day in weeks, along the Toronto harbourfront and marina where the wind blows back the ice that has covered the harbour for weeks. At least that's what it looked like. The harbour has been frozen for weeks but the slight rise in temperature was enough to start melting the ice. It was so windy that small crests were forming on the waves and the ducks went along for the ride. As well as the water and the ducks I loved the lines created by the lampposts, railing and shadows, and I really got a kick out of the sign which read "Dead End, No Exit." That's to discourage people walking past the boats which are on the right... because although it looks like it you actually can't get off the marina at the other end.
